In case you missed it, Bill Bishop called out Modiv Shopper as an example of how retailers are bringing the Personal Value Proposition to consumers today, and how solutions like these are a key part of customer marketing and service tomorrow. Industry veteran Gerald Friedler also sang Shopper's praises as a user, commenting on how the offers he receives are always relevant given his purchase history and were presented at appropriate points in the store.
